Textiles F.R. Limited run an ecologically friendly upholstery flame retardant treatment. This is available for all sized orders from small cut lengths through to bulk runs.
The treatment used is fully REACH compliant (ECHA and UK), has a soft tack free handle and passes the water-soak requirements which sit alongside UK British Standard upholstery flammability tests.
Whilst our product is PFAS and POP free it goes a step further with its eco credentials as it is devoid of red phosphorous, organophosphates, chlorine, heavy metals, antimony trioxide, bromine, chlorinated wax and all known carcinogens.
We also have OEKO-TEX flame retardant available for fabrics to be treated to the UK curtain standards.
Aquashield+ treatment is available for fabric. This is a water repellent finish which is PFAS free and is certified to GOTS and ZDHC Level 1.
